A 2024 home reimagined with more than $250,000 in upgrades—and marketed around the details that make the difference.
Butterfly was already new. The opportunity was to show why it was not simply another newer-build home.
Red oak hardwood extends throughout the residence, shifting into a herringbone pattern at the entry. Custom tile carries through the bathrooms, while sculptural lighting, upgraded finishes and careful material choices give the interior a level of individuality that standard specifications do not capture.
Outside, the backyard was rebuilt around a fully concreted eight-foot pool with spa, Baja shelf, waterfall and integrated lighting—creating the visual and experiential payoff of the property.

The visual story was organized around arrival, detail and reveal—not around documenting every room equally.
The warmth of the hardwood, geometry of the herringbone entry, staircase and lighting established craftsmanship first. Wider kitchen photography then showed how the main living spaces function together and connect to the backyard.
The strongest outdoor images were reserved for the final reveal, when the pool, landscape and illuminated home could be experienced together at twilight.
The objective was simple: make the upgrades feel intentional before asking a buyer to assign value to them.
